These terms apply when you use 22Academy. 22Academy is a label of Future Prep Ltd, Bulgaria. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Who you deal with
The platform is provided by Future Prep Ltd, 25 Chayka Complex, Entrance A, Apartment 2, Varna 9000, Bulgaria, company number (UIC) 208497759. Payments are handled by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), which is the seller of record: you pay Paddle, and Paddle’s terms for buyers apply to the payment itself. These terms cover your use of the platform.
2. Your account
An account is for one person. Do not share your login. Give an email address you can be reached on, and keep your password to yourself. 22Academy is meant for professionals and is not intended for anyone under 16.
3. What is free
A free account gives you the assessment for the certification you chose, your starting picture and the first lesson. The assessment can be taken once per certification.
4. Plans
- A plan gives you access to one course, for a week or for a month. The prices are on the pricing page and include VAT or sales tax where it applies.
- A plan renews automatically for the same period, at the price that applies then, until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from your account page. Your access runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- An additional course at the add-on price runs alongside a full-price plan. When no full-price plan is active, add-ons end at the end of their current period.
- All access gives you every course on the platform for twelve months, including courses that open during that time. Trial exams are not included.
5. Trial exams
A trial exam is sold per sitting. A monthly plan includes one sitting, once per certification per person. A sitting is used once you start the exam.
6. The money-back guarantee
The guarantee covers the trial exam, not the plan. It applies when all of the following are true:
- you passed our trial exam at your first attempt;
- you sat the real exam within two weeks of that trial exam, and failed it;
- you claim by email to info@22academy.com within 14 days of receiving your result, with the result attached.
We then give you a free trial exam or refund what you paid for that trial exam. Nothing is refunded for a sitting that was included with a monthly plan. The guarantee can be used once per person.
7. Refunds
Payments for 22Academy are handled by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. Refund requests are handled by Paddle under its refund policy, at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy. You can ask for a refund through the link in your payment emails or at paddle.net. If you are a consumer, any right you have by law to withdraw from a purchase is not affected by these terms. Our own money-back guarantee applies to the trial exam only and is described in article 6 and in the FAQ.
8. Your progress
When a plan ends, we keep your progress for one year, so you can carry on if you come back. After that year it is removed, and we tell you by email a week before. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
9. What we do not promise
We prepare you for an exam. We do not promise that you will pass it. The certifications and the exams belong to the organisations that issue them; 22Academy is independent and not affiliated with them. Exam formats, fees and rules are set by those organisations and can change. A certificate of completion from 22Academy shows that you completed a course on the platform. It is not the certification itself.
10. AI explanations
Some explanations in a course are generated by AI from our own checked material, and they are marked as generated. They are a study aid. If you see an error, tell us at info@22academy.com.
11. Using the content
The courses, questions, explanations and trial exams belong to Future Prep Ltd. You may use them for your own study. You may not copy, share, publish or sell them, collect them with automated tools, or use them to train a model or build a competing product.
12. Availability
We work to keep the platform available and correct, and we update courses when the law, the guidance or the exam changes. The platform can be briefly unavailable for maintenance or because of a fault. If a fault keeps you out for a substantial part of a period you paid for, email us and we will put it right.
13. If you break these terms
If you share your account, misuse the content or try to disrupt the platform, we may suspend or close your account.
14. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer. Beyond that, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the event, and we are not liable for indirect loss, such as the cost of an exam or lost earnings.
15. Changes
We may change these terms. If a change matters to you, we tell you by email or on your account page before it takes effect. This version is from October 2026.
16. Law
These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts of that country.
