We trust this message finds you well. We wish to inform you of some important updates regarding the CIPP/E Curriculum provided by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). These changes will come into effect on October 2nd, 2023.
At 22Academy, our commitment is to provide you with the most up-to-date course materials, ensuring that you have access to the latest content, regardless of when you enrolled in our courses.
To ensure that you are studying the correct material for your upcoming exam, we have made adjustments to the content of all CIPP/E courses. Some of the articles within your course, referred to as "Key Issues," have already undergone revisions, and in the coming weeks, we will introduce new Key Issues to replace some of the existing ones.
We understand that some of you will be taking the exam in September, so we have retained the previous Key Issues for your benefit. However, please be aware that these will be completely replaced on October 1st. Additionally, we have updated the resources within your course modules and will be introducing new quiz questions.
To help you identify which content is relevant to your exam date, any newly added Key Issues will temporarily feature '10-2' in the title. This notation signifies that you do not need to study these topics for the September exam but will require them if your exam is scheduled for October 2nd or later.
For those of you who wish to gain a deeper understanding of the updates and additions to the CIPP/E curriculum, we have developed a comprehensive 13-module training course, which includes over 50 quiz questions. We would also like to assure you that the trial exam will be updated with new questions to align with these updates. If you have already purchased the trial exam, you will automatically receive access to the updated version during the first weekend of October.
